Do you want to be the hub between finance, IT, and operations, while working at the forefront of AI, automation, and data-driven cost management? We are now looking for a Superuser in Apptio for a parental leave cover until January 2027 at a global industrial company with a complex IT environment and high ambitions regarding digital transformation.

About the role

In this role, you will step in as a system owner near superuser in Apptio, a specialized BI tool for IT cost management used by large international corporations. The system translates financial data from, for example, SAP into business-relevant decision support and creates transparency in IT investments, OPEX, and CAPEX.

You will be responsible for the daily operation and development of Apptio from a business perspective. This means you will visualize and model cost data so that stakeholders easily understand what the organization is actually spending money on, and why. You will work closely with external IT consultants who manage the technical operations, where you act as a qualified orderer and requirements setter. Internally, you will gather needs from controllers, IT, and various divisions, and translate these into concrete reports, dashboards, and improvement initiatives.

The role is dynamic and varied; one week you focus on month-end work and manual data handling between SAP and Apptio, the next week you work with forecasts, cost allocation according to distribution keys, or further development of report structures. You will belong to a team with a high ceiling, where brainstorming is encouraged but you also have significant responsibility in your daily work.

This is a role for you who want to combine controlling, system understanding, and change management in an environment where AI and automation are a clear strategic direction.

In summary, you will:

• Be responsible for the daily operation and administration of Apptio
• Ensure correct data reading and modeling from SAP
• Visualize IT costs in reports and dashboards tailored for the business
• Work with budgets, forecasts, and cost allocation (OPEX/CAPEX)
• Be a requirements setter and orderer towards external IT consultants
• Gather and translate internal needs into system solutions
• Participate in month-end work related to systems and data flows
• Contribute to efficiency, automation, and further development of work processes

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in Controlling
• Has a good understanding of OPEX and CAPEX
• Has worked with financial analysis in a larger organization, preferably in manufacturing
• Has experience with BI tools or working with financial data in a systems environment
• Is used to working closely with both IT and operations
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

It is a merit if you have worked in Apptio or held a system-related role in IT controlling.

About the employment and other information

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant with us at OIO.

• Location: Partille municipality
• Start: Desired in June (introduction before the regular role holder goes on parental leave)
• Extent: Full-time, parental leave cover until approximately January 2027
